Refund & Returns Policy

As Gopal Chanachur manufactures and sells perishable food products, our returns and refund policy is designed with food safety and hygiene in mind, while ensuring you are protected in case of a genuine quality issue.

1. Quality Guarantee

Every product we sell is manufactured in-house under strict quality control. If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, expired, or materially different from what you ordered, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

2. Reporting an Issue

Please report any quality issues within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at chanachurgopal@gmail.com or +91 84780 42563, along with your order details and, where possible, a photo of the product and packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns where:

  • The product packaging has been opened and a portion has already been consumed, unless there is a genuine quality or safety concern;
  • The issue is reported more than 48 hours after delivery;
  • The product was stored improperly after delivery (e.g., exposed to moisture or heat), leading to spoilage.

4. Replacements

Where feasible, we prefer to offer a replacement of the same product at no extra cost. Replacement timelines will follow the same delivery timelines described in our Shipping Policy.

5. Refunds

Where a replacement is not possible or not preferred, we will process a refund. For cash on delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI. For other payment methods, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval.

6. Bulk and Distributor Orders

For bulk and distributor orders, any quality concerns should be raised with our team immediately upon receipt. Resolution (replacement, credit note, or refund) will be agreed upon on a case-by-case basis as part of our ongoing partnership terms.
